Update 23.7.7 to 23.7.8_1 squid Proxy load error

after update to 23.7.8_1 squid failed to start.
,,Enable Transparent Proxy", ,,Enable SSL Inspection" and ,,Log Information only" is aktivated.

Squid started after I removed the entrys in the white list section (Forward Proxy -> Access Control List)
