Ok never mind myself, I was just curious if Unbound complained about ULAs or the /128, but it doesn't and you seem to have the Unbound side set up good enough for it to attempt to do the job.
I think there is an allow rule for all IPv6 localhost traffic... perhaps relevant rule bootstrap code here:
