Do I still need CLamAV when I have ZenArmor?

I am new to OPNsense.
I have Zenarmor running on WAN
I have Suricata running on LAN
I can install ClamAV. I think I can do a scan via SSH and CLI but I didn't try it yet.
My questions:
1. I wonder if I still need ClamAV when I use ZenArmor?
2. Does the Home version of ZenArmor scanning of the whole system on viruses?
3. Is it useful to have ClamAV scanning periodically the whole system?
4. It seems I can't use ClamAV using proxy to detect bad downloads because ZenArmor already occupies the Wan-port, and I can't select the Wan port in the Forward Proxy settings.
