Can’t access gui while no wan input

Simply put, for some reason, while my internet is down I cannot access my gui on any device I use, but i I use a keyboard and monitor on the router itself everything looks fine. One of the ports went dead after light hit my apartment complex and a surge went through but after changing the lan interface to a working port I still can’t access it on my main pc. Any help?

Never mind, I guess all it took was a few hard reboots after swapping the interface for lan
