Problems accessing dynamic dns domains from LAN.

Hi everyone,
I made the step and switched from pFsense to OPNsense but I have been struggling an entire day to find a solution to a problem others had in the past but there is no information on how to fix it.
I have OPNsense installed on a eSXI box and is my router. On another box I have Ubuntu with Docker (and Portainer) that has Nginx Proxy Manager installed and 15 hosts configured.
This is where the problem begins. I can access the domains from outside. But not from LAN.
I came across a few posts on the interwebs about this but no actual solution.
Is there an option I forgot to check so I can access the domains from inside the network?
I also have a Homepage container and set it up as my new tab page to keep an eye on the network, so this would really help.
Thank you

Nope, can't access the domains from outside either. I thought I could but seems my phone has a cache of my Navidrome library.
Ports 80, 81 and 443 are forwarded towards my Docker box
