Hi,
I've seen these in the upgrade log during testing. So these are temporary errors caused by the upgrade order of packages chosen by the FreeBSD package manager. But since we let this run in a pre-boot environment and reboot afterwards the system recovers correctly when booting up with all packages in place.
Cheers,
Franco

We got the same errors on yesterdays update run, but had no issues after the final reboot. So far, the Update to 23.04 was successful on 3 of our devices.
We see low uptime on some of our S2S IPSec SA's and "to few" active mobile IKEv2 Windows Clients, i hope this is just some random occurrence and not issues with the new StrongSWAN update.

I have no reason to doubt Franco. I mean he is the boss
I will probably download a fresh copy and restore from a backup early Saturday morning
I also have noticed zero issues

an odd observation. I wiped the drive and back to ZFS just now
I have a DEC670 with 4gb of ram.
before the wipe on the Home Screen ARC was 677Mb and memory was at 46% used. this is with now 4 DNS block lists enabled. awesome feature BTW
after the wipe the ARC changed too 134Mb. and with the SAME block lists is only using 21% memory
I have reapplied the blocklist. restarted the DNS unbound. no changes, the number did not creep up to almost half memory usage again.
glad I did the wipe!

Without knowing what what previously installed/configured/downloaded it's hard to say. Chances are high you simply cleared part of the configuration you previously used.
But if you don't miss it, why not
