- in Interfaces:WAN:
    - "Use VLAN priority" = "Internetwork Control (6)"
    - I removed "vlan-pcp 6" from the "Option Modifiers"

- in Interfaces:Other types:VLAN -> igb0_vlan832:
    - "VLAN priority" = "Best Effort (0, default)"

I'll report in ~24 hours

Hello, it's been a few days and I can report the above configuration works smoothly on 23.1.6! Thanks all for your great help!
