wireless hardware - external AP or mini-PCIe?

I'm getting a
new router
and am going to replace my crappy ISP provided wifi at the same time. This is a typical home office + a few family users usage, spread out across 3 levels. I can get PoE with a bit of difficulty, and have access cables for running cat6 to each level if needed.
Should I go for something like a
http://routerboard.com/RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD
or
http://www.ubnt.com/unifi/unifi-ap-ac-pro/
?
Alternatively, I can put a mini-PCIe card in this model, and I found a bunch of potential cards that might do. Any recommendations? Here's what I already found:
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B009VAX8SG/]https://www.amazon.de/dp/B009VAX8SG/
https://www.amazon.de/Ubiquiti-SR71-Hi-Power-802-11a-miniPCI/dp/B00CWWSW0E
looks like a compatible atho device
https://www.amazon.de/MikroTik-R11e-5HacT-MikroTiK-miniPCI-e-card/dp/B01ADOT49A
no idea what chipset
https://www.amazon.de/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-7260/dp/B00N7474CS/
doesn't appear to support HostAP in FreeBSD 11 current though
thanks for any tips.

I've had really good luck using the EnGenius ENH202 & ECB350 AP. They both do POE but the ENH202 is proprietary. Also, I'm not a big fan of installing WiFi cards in a firewall.

A Compex WLE200NX should work out of the box -
http://www.compex.com.sg/product/wle200nx/
The 600VX should work in FBSD 11, while the 802.11ac 900VX drivers will be iffy for a while to come.
An external AP will prive much better performance and you don't have to worry about driver support, I like Ubiquiti products -
