NTP no active peers available

NTP shows no active peers available, despite having 4 pool servers configured, all reachable. I turned off all restrictions as an experiment, to no avail. Log files do not help me understand the issue.

Using [0-3].opnsense.pool.ntp.org

How to solve this?
