[SOLVED] Help with adding DNS provider to ddclient
«

Hi,
With the previous dynamic DNS plugin (dynDNS) I had the option to add a custom URL in order to update my DNS address. When OPNsense switched to ddclient this was (intentionally) dropped and my DNS provider (njal.la) was not supported so I couldn't do an update of the address.
I went to the ddclient github project and created a pull request for this and now I am trying to figure out what is the process to add this change to OPNSense.
From a brief look I could not see where the OPNSense/plugins "calls" the ddclient code or how the plugin will "see" the updated code and I was wondering if someone can help me.
Thanks.

Hello,
No and yes. Basically someone added support for njalla so no need to have a custom URL anymore.
Basically njalla works for me now.
