GeoIP restrictions not updating/working

Hello, I've found some posts regarding this, but none of the solutions helped me.

I've migrated my OPNsense from one device to another by restoring a backup, after that my port-forwardings weren't working anymore and find out that it was because of the GEOip blocks that I have on my port-forwardings (only allow a specific country) while the IP-range is in the MAXmind list for the correct country (checked by hand)

From what I see now is that the GEOip isn't updating anymore (latest version in OPNsense has timestamp of 12-09 and from the manually downloaded file (using the link in OPNsense) (https://download.maxmind.com/app/geoip_download?edition_id=GeoLite2-Country-CSV&license_key=KEYKEYKEY&suffix=zip)

Is there any way to force an update of this? or check for error's? (couldn't find in the logs)

I've already tried to create a schedule of "Update and reload firewall aliases" but I don't see anything happening.

Hope someone could lead me into the right direction.
