SQUID allows only one URL.

Hello, Can the SQUID only allow out a specific domain of the form "https://www.google.com/recaptcha" ..?

Now I still solve that I need to allow the domain testcompany.com, but in the code there are other sub URLs due to CSS and JS scripts how can this be easily enabled so that I don't have to list all the URLs  .? The URLs are both http and https I have the SSL settings working ..
