Services: Unbound DNS: Overrides:

• to add alias
  fill in form
  submit & [Apply]
  alias does not show up in GUI
  
  confirm there are entries created in /var/unbound/host_entries.conf
  confirm there are entries created in backup config file
  confirm that unbound IS serving the entries (ping works)
  confirmed on 2 different firewalls
  
  appears broken since the GUI upgrade of this section (I believe aliases were reworked)

I have the same issue. If I remove entries from /var/unbound/host_entries.conf they come back after reloading unbound.

Is there any way to fix those ghost entries ?

It isn't broken you have to select the proper host in top host list. Found it here.
