Multiwan, bind single WAN to local IP

Hello Opn-veterans,
i'm very new to opnsense and not a networking buff in general. I recently moved from a TP-Link multi-wan router to opn sense, and i'm trying to replicate my setup.
I have 3 WANs which as a general rule should be available in either failover or loadbalancing mode to the local network. But i need to be able to have a rule to bind a specific WAN port to an IP or a group of IPs in the local network, so all the internet traffic from that PC (or group of PCs) will use one of the wan ports exclusively.
Ideally the load balancing/failover gateway group would apply unless there is a specific routing for the specified IP or IP group.
I attached a little chart
I would be very greatful for pointers who to achieve this.

Figured it out, i was confused about what direction the rule has to be set up, though i need to set the destination to the local IP, but all the destination is where the local IP has to go for the rule to work / override the standard rule.
