no internet - can't allocate llinfo for x.x.x.x on re0_vlan1000

Dear OPNsense forums and Guru's of this forum.

I'm complete new here and to be accurate this is my first time asking for help in networking topic.
So, possible i forget to mention information crucial to the problem.
I apologize .

My problem is... i don't know what.
I've failed to pinpoint the problem. "My internet stops." I can reach the router and all my devices.
I see incoming packets, pf is handling them, i see rules get applied.

Though i can't make any connections outside. Like a misconfigured GW.
I get an ip via DHCP on the WAN interface. GW and DNS are set.
I see the entries in the routing table. though i can't ping the def gw. ( ?! )
My address is in the same subnet with the GW.

in the kernel message buffer a line is repeating ( though i don't seem to find a way to get a timestamp there so i don't know the freqency )
arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for 192.168.1.1 on re0_vlan1000

This IP is the internal address from my ISP-s box. On that box i have reserved .79 for my OPNsense box.
I don't see any other relevant entries in any logs.

The only way i can get connection up is manually run dhclient on re0_vlan1000 and removing the default route and adding it by hand again.

I tried googling the problem, looks like in pfsense some already faced the issue.
Unfortunately no solution.

I've disabled GW monitoring, with no luck.
Any hint would be highly appreciated

I've attached a schematic from my setup.
I'm running OPNsense 22.1.6 . I was 20.xx and then i followed the upgrade path through time to reach the current.
I've been a bit lazy lately so i made 2 mayor upgrades 2 weeks ago, first to to 21.7 then to 22.6 . On v20.*.* the problem was not there.

My hardware is a HP t620 thinclient.
CPU is an AMD GX-415GA , with 4GB of memory and a 16GB m2 sata ssd.
Network card is some realtec thingie . pciconf reports : RTL8111/8168/8411

Thanks for the hint!
Module installed. kldstat reports it is loaded.
pciconf shows driver is in use . 

A few days shall tell.
I know realtek is not top tier networking equipment, still wouldn't have guessed that the freeBSD driver is bad for this card
