phase 2 ipsec bug?

Is there a bug or something that is preventing adding phase 2 entries for ipsec?  There is no button anywhere that I can find to add one...  Running 22.1.4_1 with all current updates.

The documentation seems out of date, it says to hit the button saying "+ Show 0 Phase-2 entries" which doesn't seem to exist... unless there is something that needs to be done to enable this to show??

I agree, it's a little confusing, but to add phase 2 entry there is a + button on the same line with your phase 1 entry.
