Upgrade to 21.7.x from 21.1.9 failling

Hello team,

I updated a while ago to 21.1.9 and having a bit of time in front of me this week-end, I wanted to upgrade to 21.7.x
Unfortunately, I have the feeling that something went wrong when I did 21.1.9 upgrade.

Indeed, GUI is stating that my version is:
