[SOLVED] Strange Gateway hopping

So far I can tell the hopping is gone; it stays stable on the Telekom gateway as expected.
I'm only not very happy that we need to disable the multipath support to "fix" the issue.
But I don't know if there is an another way to handle the issue.

Anyways, thx Franco for helping and find the cause of the problems.
