Unable to set proper interface IP address for in Oracle VM

I am doing a lab for undergrad Network Security class and the prof. is MIA. Instructions are:
"By default, the WAN interface will accept a DHCP lease, and the LAN interface will be statically assigned to 192.168.1.1/24 and will offer DHCP leases to LAN clients in that range. The WAN setting is correct. However, the LAN and DMZ interfaces need to be updated. Select option 2 from the menu to change the IP addresses assigned to these interfaces. Follow the prompts to enter the proper settings:
Table 2 - Network Settings
Adapter IP Address Subnet Mask IPv6? DHCP client? DHCP server HTTP Fallback?
DMZ 172.16.x.1 24 No No No No
LAN 192.168.x.1 24 No No Yes No
My results are attached. I think there is a step (or 2) that are missing, but I can't get it to work. If anyone could help, I would be very thankful.
