Web Proxy different policies and authentication for different networks.

Let's say I have 3 different VLANs and I have enabled transparent proxy. Now what I want to achieve is.


> different proxy authentication for different networks (even no authentication for 1 network)
> different policies for different networks and users.
> bypass certain devices in terms of authentication, policies, TLS inspection.


I have been a Sophos XG User trying to come to OpenVPN, I'm not so familiar with this.
