Question about os-git-backup

Not sure how many others use this plugin, but my company uses it on every unit. However, about 6mo ago, I started getting the warning below by email every few days. I read up on the article and it said to use the SSH private keys. Ok, no problem. I added that to the OPNsense ui...but I still get the notices about passwords. Is there something I'm missing to get this fully in compliance, or is the plugin out of date?

This is a business decision GitHub policy, not a git software policy.

Sure, the plugin can be extended under these circumstances and a feature request with enough traction, but it is neither the plugin's nor git's fault.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. The plugin already has the field for the SSH key, but it doesn't seem to work. I just wanted to know if that's a known issue or if I was doing something wrong. From the reply, it sounds like it's a known issue that the SSH key field doesn't work, but I wanted to make sure, as it sounded a bit unclear.
