Reboot from dashboard freeze

When I select reboot from dashboard it always freezes at this point and I have to power off/on to get it boot again, I have left it for over an hour before but nothing.

Any ideas?  (v21.1.5)

I seem to have misplaced my enigma machine, can you elaborate? ;)

Last message is:

ue(4) devies are "USB ethernet" devices of some sort and maybe it hangs during shutdown. If it isn't vital try shutting down without it plugged in.

Ah I see, Thank you, yes it is vital it's a USB > Ethernet adaptor, maybe I'll try a different brand.
