Message from py37-urllib3-1.25.7,1:

Since version 1.25 HTTPS connections are now verified by default which is done
via "cert_reqs = 'CERT_REQUIRED'".  While certificate verification can be
disabled via "cert_reqs = 'CERT_NONE'", it's highly recommended to leave it on.

Various consumers of net/py-urllib3 already have implemented routines that
either explicitly enable or disable HTTPS certificate verification (e.g. via
configuration settings, CLI arguments, etc.).

Yet it may happen that there are still some consumers which don't explicitly
enable/disable certificate verification for HTTPS connections which could then
lead to errors (as is often the case with self-signed certificates).

In case of an error one should try first to temporarily disable certificate
verification of the problematic urllib3 consumer to see if that approach will
remedy the issue.

Thanks, didn't realize I was even on 32-bit version! Is the upgrade from 32 to 64 bit as simple as exporting config, install amd64 version, import config?

Edit: Or... should I do a fresh install of 20.1 amd64, then in-app upgrade from there?

The upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit went basically without a hitch. All settings were carried across, including various rules for services being hosted.

My approach was to burn amd64 image to a USB drive, put that into the 64-bit machine, boot from USB. I tried the option of restoring from an existing config, but I was unable to access a config from either a USB drive (with /config/config.xml) or from the drive with the original 32-bit install. So in the end I simply let the installer proceed, then from the GUI menu chose the restore config option, and selected the drive containing the 32-bit install. From that point everything was smooth sailing.

Thanks for the redirect to the correct solution!
