Rendering web GUI directly over HDMI/VGA -- possible?

Hello,
Per the title, is it possible to somehow render the web GUI directly on the Dell thin client that I'm running OPNsense on, such that it can be accessed directly by plugging in a monitor and using a mouse/keyboard? I assume the answer is no, that this is not supported natively. If that is the case, are there any workarounds such as running something very lightweight on top of OPNsense (plugin would be great) that would allow this functionality?
The use case here is that I'd like to make it accessible to some non-techy folks so that they could more easily do some very basic troubleshooting if the network connectivity goes down for any reason. I think my second-best option is to hook up a serial console connection to another machine that has mouse+keyboard+monitor, but full GUI access directly from the OPNsense machine would be really great in instances where network connectivity is lost (because needing those folks have to mess with PuTTY would be less than ideal).
I figure this is a long shot, but just thought I'd ask. Thanks very much!
