Testing finished (through speedtest.verizon.com)

Connecting directly to the modem (ONT): 910 down 886 up
New cable through router and switch: 614 down 784 up (Cat 5e 3ft long)
Old cable through router and switch:  640 down 815 up (Cat 6 1ft long)

I am currently ruling out the switch as the issue as I had a different switch previously and obtained similar results.  Also there was only the input and the one testing PC attached during testing.

so all I can figure is there is something in my router that is not allowing full throughput.
