netdata started cat after 20.7.3 update

After updating to 20.7.3, obviously the netdata charts.d.plugin startet a cat process, creating a huge file in /tmp/ .netdata-charts.d-XXXXXX. cat did not stop, was. running with 80% processor utilization and filled up the system disk until I killed the cat process before the disk capacity limit was reached (file size >200GB..).

This happens if netdata is started before starting APC USB daemon (apcusbd) during the boot process. The cat process seems to be triggered by the default activated apcupsd netdata charts plugin (writes to /tmp/.netdata-charts.d-foo/run.foo). When disabling the netdata apcupsd plugin, the cat process is not spawned at boot.
Changing the boot order solved the issue.
