A1SRi-2758F interface issues

Hello,
I've built a platform using the SuperMicro A1SRi-2758F board and 20.7.1, which installed nicely. The board has 4 Intel GbE NICs, and a fifth NIC that is supposed to be used for IPMI. When the install completed, I noticed that igb2 was assigned to the IPMI interface, and the 'real' port that I would have expected to be igb2 does not seem to appear or come up at all if a cable is plugged in. After some poking around logs and tinkering in the BIOS, I've had no luck (possibly due to my inexperience with BSD as well), and now while 'igb2' appears in ifconfig, I cannot get the interface to come up at all when plugging a cable into either port.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Any guidance would be appreciated!
