System needs restarted almost daily

I have 6 OPNSense firewalls installed at various locations using SuperMicro servers. With very minor differences, they all have essentially the same configuration. One site though is requiring a reboot almost daily. It is in a remote location with no IT onsite so basically all they can do is power cycle the system so that I can then access it. I came to OPNSense from Endian so it is still somewhat new to me and the logs in the WEB GUI do not show me much that is happening between these reboots.
I am located in Cincinnati and will be traveling to Charlotte to get hands on the firewall to do some hardware testing but I am hoping that someone can point me in the direction of what log files I might want to look at in order to get more detailed info on what might be happening. I have had zero issues with any of the others so I am leaning towards a hardware problem but just thought I would ask here for some additional insight since I will be making the trip and want to make it count as much as possible.
Thank in advance!

I suggest you to send syslog messages to a central syslog server, and eventually install zabbix agent plugin.
Sometimes I experience suricata using all the available RAM and swap, so the system hangs. With zabbix is quite clear the issue, you have the graphs.
Only solution when this happens is a power restart, you can't connect from console
