run script after openvpn client connected

Hello !
how can i run a script after a successful client connection?

Unfortunately the parameters client-connect / up / down are already used by the opnsense..

Do I have any other options?

Is there a way for opvn accounting too?

The script should trigger an entry in MYSQL and possibly also changes in the DNS / DHCPD server, etc.

No problem, just the call from openvpn server is the question :-)
