What do I have wrong in my port forwarding?

Here is my setup.  Trying to open ports for rTorrent to my server.  Tried to follow some of the helpful posts here but I'm still not getting open.  Anyone see what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks!

what does contains the rtorrent alias? if more than one port I think you have to insert a "*" as target, so no port translation.

Also additional fw rules for wan are not needed, NAT is already allowing the traffic

It's set as 6890:6909.

Which I got from here:

https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/aliases.html

yes, the alias is OK but I never tried to use a port range alias on "Redirect target port" for port forwarding.
Eventually try inserting 6890 as a target port

The tooltip say:

Specify the port on the machine with the IP address entered above. In case of a port range, specify the beginning port of the range (the end port will be calculated automatically).
Hint: this is usually identical to the 'from' port above

Tried that to no avail as well unfortunately.
