how to setup traffic shaper for gaming

Hi I am looking for some guidance on how to setup traffic shaper. I  am trying to give my son's gaming PC preference over the bandwidth for things like gears of war, xbox live, fortnite etc. Other things that are concurrently running sometimes in the home from our other family members are Netflix, youtube etc. I know that in PF Sense, you can select the different gaming platforms/games/gaming servers in the traffic shaper menu/wizard etc. OPN sense seems to be lacking options for this type of setup. I would greatly appreciate any help!
