[OTP] I can smeanlessly login without OTP and login fail with OTP

Hello,

I can't seem to get the gist on how to enable OTP here. So far, the test instructions here https://wiki.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/two_factor.html work as expected but I am at a lost? When I logout, in which I have Reverse token order enabled, authentication fails when OTP token is included. There have been some forum post suggesting changing fallback authentication server? But there is no Access -> Settings?

I was able to resolve this by following the instructions in this post: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=9690.msg44232#msg44232. Frustratingly, this is not easy to find solution.
