PPPoE not reconnecting

There are known cases where the PPPoE registration requires as specific feature or setting.

It's a standard ADSL modem I bought (not isp provided) manufactured by TP-Link and PPPoE was working this whole time for the past 1-2 years in Multi-WAN mode, but I started noticing this after the upgrade. I tried rolling back to the 18.1 but issue persist on that version as well. No changes to WAN config were made recently.
