Dynamic DNS (No-IP Free) not update after reboot

Hi,

I'm currently using version 17.7.12.
Setup
1) PPPoE
2) Dynamic DNS (No-IP Free)
3) Cron to update every minute for Dynamic DNS

I'm having issue getting auto update on my WAN ip whenever it is rebooted or new IP assigned to the firewall.
I will always need to force update only it will work.

Anyone have the solution for this?
