Telegram Bot port for 17.7

Can you please port the py-telepot package to 17.7? It was aavaailable in 16.7 and 17.1 but not on 17.7.

Hi Bobby,

It's there, it was always OpenSSL only.

# pkg install py27-telepot

But that changes with LibreSSL 2.5.5 in 17.7.1 because a build dependency was fixed due to this bump.
