Hello. 26.7.3. I'm probably being extremely dumb but I do not see anything in regards to favourites. There is no star at the end of each menu item. Is there a manual switch that needs to be flipped to enable it?. Thanks in advance

Hover over the page title to unhide the toggle.  On a touch device you have to tap the title to unhide.

We hid it by default so that others don't complain about it being there all the time.

Cheers,
Franco

Thanks Franco I see it now. I knew I was being dumb :)

No, that's not being dumb at all.  It's not obvious and there isn't documentation at the moment either.

Cheers,
Franco

From the "dumb club"... don't know what I'm missing, but I can't get the star to appear - no amount of hovering over/near/around "Lobby: Dashboard" (etc.) does anything. I've tried Firefox and Edge, as well as Brave, and two different installations of opnsense.....

Not in the menu. In the main title above the page content.

Cheers,
Franco

It's not working for me (or I'm being especially dumb) - I'm trying to hover around the area where the star shows in the screenshot in that (updated) doc (as well as various other places), but no star appears...

Maybe your browser cache is trolling you, try a new incognito tab, and check if you have any browser extensions that might mess with scripts/css

Uh, I just realised that (apparently?) this is a 26.7.3 thing (I thought it was older than that), and I've been holding off on updating due to the interface setup issues.

Edit: Still wonding what the situation was supposed to be before 26.7.3, but ... not important, I suppose...

Pah. Next you'll be telling me to read release notes! Apologies for the noise...

Actually I have been catching up on them today but did not notice any mentioning of this feature somehow while being a big fan of it since the first topics about it were started... Oopsie... ^_^

Thanks to all the developers involved & any others that have contributed their code for this !!! YOU ROCK !!! :)
