"Health" tab empty

Tab "Reporting: Health" contains no data, only message "Local data collection is not enabled. Enable it in Reporting Settings page. Go to the Reporting configuration"
After clicking on "Reporting configuration" I am redirected to the tab "Reporting: Settings". All checkboxes are checked there. I unchecked, saved, checked them again - no effect. Also "Reset DNS/RRD/Netflow data" didn't change nothing - Health tab contains only "Local data collection is not enabled."
Note: it is less than 24h from total OPNSense reinstallation - does data needs more time to collect and be collated?
