Schedules don't work for firewall rules migrated after 26.1 upgrade

I upgraded to 26.1 and migrated all my rules to the "new rules" using the migration assistant.

All the rules work as expected except that none of the schedules are applied anymore. I have a number of rules that should pass traffic between certain hours. Even if the time is outside of the schedule hour the traffic is still passed by the rules.

I found an old post about schedules not working for automation rules. From the release notes I see that "automation rules have been promoted to the new rules GUI" so perhaps this is a big that has been around for a while?
