Dnsmasq vs Unbound

After the migration to 25.7.6, I realized that DNS was not working. Unbound was not even starting.
I disabled Unbound and ICS DHCP and copied all of the overrides into Dnsmasq. When I brought it up, I had DNS again.
Any ideas about why Unbound is not working? Any info I should share to help the community find this out?

All I used to use Unbound for were a handful of domain and host overrides that resolve locally, and the rest is forwarded to the upstream provider's servers. Used the standard port. No DNSSEC, no fancy staff. This is everything.
