Need help with UDP connections and Port forwarding.

Can anyone please help me, my brain is gonna melt. I can't seem to figure it out. I have a lan bridge configuration on opnsense. On the same IP range I have two device, one NAS and one MACOS, the NAS can download torrents but the MAC does not seem to work. I also don't see anything blocked on the firewall live log on the ip of the macos.
The issue started with the last few upgrade iterations. For me it seems like a nat problem maybe?!
