Fresh new default install can't access certain websites like opnsense.org

Just installed OPNsense at home to evaluate using it for my business. I have AT&T Fiber with the AT&T box set to IP passthrough. I can't reach opnsense.org unless I connect through a VPN. I was trying to access the documentation.
I stopped Unbound but still not working.
I had listen port 0 set in dnsmasq, which I see should be left blank, after I changed it, I can now access opnsense.org without a vpn
