Concerning Speedtest Results

I hate when companies do things like "lock" you into their devices. Could it be that the SFP module is having a problem? Not sure how you would test it.

Or is it possible that the ISP caught on to what you are doing and throttled you? Slippery slope for them because you are paying for faster and this could cause legal action.
