Hello together

I built myself a new bare-metal Opnsense FW since I got 10Gbe Fiber Internet this month. I've installed an HPE 10Gbe SFP+ card, which is based on Mellanox ConnectX-4 LX chip but when ever I do an internet speed test, the download is a bit less than 1Gbit and the upload a bit less than 100Mbit. When I use one of the 2.5Gbit ethernet ports on the mainboard as WAN port, LAN port is still on the HPE card, I get around 2.1Gbit sync. I first thought its a driver iusse but then the card probably wont be work at all.

As the ISP router only has Ethernet ports, I had to use a SFP+ transceiver for the WAN port and the LAN port is connected over a DAC cable to an Ubiquiti Switch. On the overview site the WAN port is marked with "Ethernet 10Gbase-SR <full-duplex, rxpause, txpause> and the LAN port is marked with "Ethernet 10Gbase-CR1 <full-duplex, rxpause, txpause>". The ISP router is showing me as well, that the OPN-FW has a 10Gbit connection. Also the Ubiquiti is showing me that the LAN port of the FW is connected over 10Gbit. For me it looks like everything is connected with 10Gbit.

So I dont understand, what could cause such a limitation. I even changed the transceivers but I only checked for HPE & Ubiquiti compatibility and not with Mellanox. But its still strange, that the down & up speed are not sync when using the WAN port on the HPE card.

Maybe someone has an idea.
