Captive portal create voucher with only numeric codes

Hi,

My current setup there are around 3000 comcurrent users who will be using captive portal.
I want to setup captive portal and use vouchers with simple username and password with only 4 digits or voucher code only with 6numeric digits.

Please suggest as my current pfsense captive portal crashes after concurrent 1500 users.

i have deployed opnsense in test environment.

I am planning to move to opnsense

agree, may be a simple formatable  3 to 5 letter code or letter with generatable numeric
ex input
daycode{number}
number start 100
number end 999

generated will be
daycide001
daycide002
daycide003
...
daycide999


or just an uploadable code vs time database, which the voucher system will parse

the random letter and unumbers are just to complex to input.
