Hi!
Is it possible to setup Opensence as an AP?
If yes, what card would you recommend?
Slot options: PCI-Express x4, PCI-Express x16 or PCI
Would prefer WiFi 6 802.11ax, please.
If not, than WiFi 5, thanks.

why not just run OpenWRT or any other flavor AP system?

Recommended? No.

Don't and save yourself a lot of work and trouble that will finally just make you get a dedicated AP device or a system running e.g. OpenWRT, anyway. FreeBSD is notoriously bad at WiFi infrastructure mode - and I am a FreeBSD evangelist ;-)
