Edit Monit eMail from address details?

I've configured monit with email server settings and it is sending email alerts however I need to be able to edit the sender/from details as the messages are getting blocked as spam etc can anyone please advise how I can edit these details?

Hi.
In the field "Mail Format" in the recipient, fill the headers with your From address:

from: notifica@mycorporate.com
   subject: $SERVICE $EVENT at $DATE
   message: Description: $DESCRIPTION.
Host: $HOST
Service: $SERVICE
Action taken: $ACTION

This is an automatic mail. don't answer it.
