Setup for OpenVPN or WireGuard in V 24.7 using Surfshark or other VPN services

I was wondering if anyone has had success at setting up OpenVPN or WireGuard with Surfshark. Their documentation is dated and their support has little to offer other than buy a different router.   Some of the settings they show in their how to documents  don't match up with 24.7.
