Domain Not Found Error when I click on safelinks - nam10.safelinks.protection

I'm having an really odd issue with OPNSense, when I click a link in Outlook it goes through Microsoft's safelink to verify the link is safe but I get an NXDomain error. This happens on any device computer,  iPad, Android Phone, etc. I noticed once I'm off my network they work fine which leads me to believe it's something with OPNSense. I can usually get it to work for a short time by rebooting the firewall which is not a good continuous solution. Any help is appreciated.

probably some ad block setup like AdGuardHome or some block list somewhere.
By default OPN does not block anything, its default DNS server is Unbound, and that is a recursive resolver. It does not block by default, just resolves everything.
