[SemiSolved] corruption? OPNsense-24.7-nano-amd64.img.bz2

Hi,

I've downloaded this 2 times,
checked sums Ok,
wrote (dd) to  2 different USB flash.
Both fail to boot apparently due to read error while uncompressing/extracting a file?

/boot/kernel/ng_UI.ko size 0x15c0 at 0x24fe000
read 288 from 194656 to 0xbc215f20, error: 0x20
read 288 from 194656 to 0xbc215f20, error: 0x20

It boots on another device!
The failing device has run Opnsense (older)  for years...
What happened?
