Everything went fine with the update to 24.7 except 5 updates that say they installed but don't seem to install.
alsa-lib: 1.2.11 [mimugmail]
brotli: 1.1.0,1 [SunnyValley]
freetype2: 2.13.2 [SunnyValley]
libfontenc: 1.1.8 [SunnyValley]
png: 1.6.43 [SunnyValley]

I install them but when I check for updates they keep coming up that they need to be installed.

Hello Meg,

there are incompatibilities between the repositories. I suspect between the SunnyValley and mimugmail repositories.

You can see this if you remove the mimugmail repo as a test!

rm /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/mimugmail.conf

After I uninstalled the plugin "os-speedtest-community" the errors disappeared.

Greetings Meditux

No need to remove any repos. https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=41778.0

i had the exact same issue. Install via the UI was shown as successful but a recheck showed the same packages ready to upgrade again. pkg upgrade from cli fixed it

Thank you for your help. Package upgrade from cli fixed it for me also. I had originally tried update from cli but that didn't work. Had to do "package upgrade" for it to work.
